Dr. Sandip Mavani is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Co - Founder of Lakshya Neuro Care.
Dr.Sandip Mavani has completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Medical College, Baroda. He has done his MCh in Neurosurgery from Prestigious King Edward Memorial Hospital ( KEM Hospital ) & Seth GS medical College , Mumbai under guidance of world renowned Neurosurgeon Prof Atul Goel.
Having completed his training in general Microneurosurgery and Skull base Surgery, Dr.Sandip Mavani went on to do Subsuperspeciality Training in Endovascular Neurosurgery at Beaujon Hospital, Paris, France for a period of six months under ample guidance of Prof Jacque Moret. He is been associated with many Hospital of Vadodara, Anand & Bharuch since last 7 years and has done some of the most complex Brain and Spine Surgeries.
His dual training in minimally invasive Endovascular Neurosurgery and Traditional open Cerebro Vascular Neurosurgery gives him the unique ability to treat Brain and Spine blood vessels conditions from either inside or outside the vessel, depending on the best treatment for each individual patient. His special interest is in Vascular Neurosurgery.
He is a Life Member of NSI ( Neurological Society of India ), SNVI ( Society of Neurovascular Intervention ) and IMA ( Indian Medical Association ).
